As such we kindly\u00a0request you to answer these\u00a0questions prior to booking your appointments.Have you at any point in the last 7 days had a-continuous cough?-a fever?-any loss or change to your\u00a0sense\u00a0of smell or\u00a0 taste?-been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you answer YES to any of\u00a0the above, please cancel\/reschedule\u00a0your appointment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>APPOINTMENT DAY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please arrive on time and alone (babies ok), please cancel if you feel unwell and display any COVID-19 symptoms. If we see signs of the symptoms we have the right to reschedule your appointment. Please do not forget your mask; a hand sanitiser will be available upon arrival. style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>VIP Cards<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">VIP cards have no cash value, cannot be sold and are not transferable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">VIP cards are valid for the allocated cardholder only<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For ALL VIP cards, the maximum discount that can be applied on lash extensions and LVL lash lift treatments is 20%<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">VIP discount (where applicable) is valid on full price services only and excludes the sale of retail products and packages<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Benito reserves the right to withdraw discount card at any time if subject to unfair usage<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Under no circumstances will cards be re-issued if lost or stolen<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lash Extensions\/Lash lift\/Tinting Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Bookings and Deposit Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We take a deposit of \u00a310 to secure your Lash\/Lash Lift appointment and make sure a Technician is available for you<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you do not attend or if you are more than 10 minutes late, or if you do not give us more than 24 hours notice to rearrange or cancel, you will lose your deposit<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Tinting Services<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For new clients, a patch test is required a minimum of 24 hours before treatment and is valid for 6 months<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For existing clients who have not had a treatment in the last 12 months will be subject to a further patch test a minimum of 24 hours before treatment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lash Lift Services<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A patch test is required a minimum of 48 hours before treatment for new clients and existing clients who have not had a treatment within the last 6 months<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We advise that you wait a minimum of 6 weeks before returning for an LVL treatment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lash Lift Discounts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Discount on Lash Lifts are only eligible with the following discount cards:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Corporate Cards, Retail Cards, 20% VIP Card<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">With 50% and 100% VIP cards, the maximum discount that can be applied to Lash Lift is 20%<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Host Store discount does not apply to Lash Lift treatments<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: value and is not transferable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cards should be kept in a safe place, as no responsibility or compensation for loss can be taken by style=\"color: #000000;\">Valid for forehead, lip and chin threading treatments only<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Card cannot be used alongside any offer or promotion, holds no cash value and is not transferable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Card should be kept in a safe place, as no responsibility or compensation for loss can be taken by services<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Card cannot be used alongside any other offer or promotion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with a pre-paid card for the same treatment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All benefits apply to the allocated cardholder and are not specified and cannot be redeemed alongside any other offer or promotion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No responsibility can be taken for the loss or compensation of gift cards by Benito<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gift cards can be used at any Benito Brow Bar (subject to a further patch test for tinting treatments where necessary)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You are required to notify your Technician in advance if you wish to use a gift card as no change can be given<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Competitions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-By entering this competition, an entrant is
